Asian Paints, HDFC Bank, and Infosys will Soon Announce their Interim Dividends
The five major dividend equities that will announce interim dividends in April through May 2025 are Infosys Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., UltraTech Cement Ltd., Asian Paints Ltd., and Coforge Ltd.

Five dividend stocks—Infosys Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., UltraTech Cement Ltd., Asian Paints Ltd., and Coforge Ltd.—will announce interim dividends from April through May 2025.
In addition to recommending a dividend, if any, for the fiscal year 2024–2025 and setting a record date for it, HDFC Bank has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, to review and approve the Bank’s audited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2025.
Additionally, UltraTech Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting will be held on April 25, 2025, to consider and approve the company’s standalone and consolidated audited results for the year ending March 31, 2025, and recommend any dividends on the company’s equity shares for the year ending March 31, 2025.
Infosys Ltd. has notified the BSE that its board meeting is set for April 17, 2025. If there is a final dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2025, it will be discussed and recommended at the board meeting.
Asian Paints Ltd. has notified the BSE that the company’s directors will meet on August 5, 2025. Additionally, it will consider any recommendations for a final dividend for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2025. Coforge Ltd. has notified the BSE that the company’s board of directors will meet on May 5, 2025.
