Shares of Innovative Solutions Launch Subtly and are Listed at A 20% Discount

Informative Solutions’ shares, which are offered at a 20% discount at ₹63.20, made a quiet start on the BSE SME on Tuesday.

After its initial public offering (IPO), Infonative Solutions’ shares, a provider of IT-enabled services, were listed weakly on the BSE SME on Tuesday. The stock was listed for ₹63.20 per share, which was ₹15.20 less than its issue price of ₹79, representing a 20% reduction. Selling pressure caused Infonative Solutions’ shares to drop more than 5% to ₹60.04 after the IPO.

The IPO launch of Innovative Solutions fell short of the expectations of the gray market. According to sources keeping tabs on informal market activity, its unlisted shares traded consistently at about ₹79 per before the IPO. In contrast to the issue price, the Infonative Solutions IPO displayed a grey market premium (GMP) of 0%, according to Chittorgarh.

Infonative Solutions IPO Details:

The about ₹24.71 crore SME IPO only includes a new equity share issue; no Offer for Sale (OFS) is included. The public subscription period was available from Friday, March 28, 2025, until Thursday, April 3, 2025. A minimum lot size of 1,600 shares was required, and shares were sold in the price range of ₹75 to ₹79 apiece.

Infinitive Solutions stated in its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) that the money will be used to buy computers, meet working capital requirements, and create new products, courses, and features within its Learning Management System (LMS). The money raised will also go toward possible acquisitions and other company goals.

Share India Capital Services Private Limited is the book-running lead manager for the public offering, while Kfin Technologies is the registrar. India Securities is the market maker for Infonative Solutions’ first public offering.
