Waaree Renewable’s Stock Rises After Securing A Solar Power Project for Rs 232 Crore
On April 26, 2024, the share hit a 52-week high of Rs 3,037.75; on March 4, 2025, it hit a 52-week low of Rs 759.00. Early trading on March 26 saw a price increase for Waaree Renewable TeTechnologies after the business received its Letter of Award (LOA) for the solar power project.
Having received a Letter of Award (LOA) for the execution of (EPC) works for a ground mount solar power project, including operation and maintenance (O&M) of 170 MW AC/255 MW DC capacity on a turnkey basis, Waaree Renewable Technologies was quoting at Rs 937.10 at 09:20 am, up Rs 15.00, or 1.63 percent, on the BSE, the company said in its release.
The order is expected to be finished in the fiscal year 2025–2026 and has a value of around 232.30 crore. A LOA worth Rs 740.06 crore was granted to a Waaree Renewable consortium on March 11 for the complete EPC and operation and maintenance of a 125 MWAC (181.3 MWp DC) solar power plant. Continuum Green Energy awarded Rs 40 crore for EPC work on a 40MWh battery storage system on February 13.
On April 26, 2024, the share reached a 52-week high of Rs 3,037.75; on March 4, 2025, it reached a 52-week low of Rs 759.00. The stock is now trading 23.47 percent above its 52-week low and 69.15 percent below its 52-week high. The current market capitalization is Rs 9,768.95 crore.
